What MyINFINITI does

MyINFINITI connects an eligible INFINITI vehicle with an Android phone, and some Wear OS devices. Depending on the vehicle and service plan, it can show vehicle information, send remote commands, help with maintenance, and provide access to INFINITI support services. It is aimed at INFINITI owners who want vehicle controls and ownership records in one app.

Remote vehicle access

Vehicles with compatible INFINITI InTouch Services can support remote actions such as starting or stopping the engine, locking or unlocking the doors, and activating the horn and lights. The app can also show the vehicle’s location and let you search for places, save them, and send them to the vehicle.

Available status information may include door and engine state, mileage, fuel range, tire pressure, oil pressure, airbags, and brakes. Depending on the service setup, you can also view a Vehicle Health Report and create boundary, speed, or curfew alerts.

Maintenance and owner information

Many ownership tools are available without a subscription. You can review service history, check the maintenance schedule, find warranty and roadside assistance details, read vehicle-specific guides and manuals, and look up frequently asked questions. The app also supports service appointment requests with a preferred retailer and notifications about relevant recalls or service campaigns.
